What is FAFT ?
FAFT primary policies:
The primary policies issued by the FAFT are the 40 recommandations on money laundering and the 9 special recommandations on terrorist financing.
Together, the 40 recommandations and the 9 special recommandations set the standard for anti money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism. Both sets of the FAFT recommandations are intended to be implemented at a national level through législation and legally binding measures.
